Moorabbin’s 60-year-old Philip Morris manufacturing site is set to be transformed into a $100 million suburban business precinct

With a planning permit already in hand for the 6.27-hectare site, Up Property’s development will feature approximately 50,000sq m of commercial space, landscaped gardens and parking across seven buildings.

Up Property bought the former Philip Morris’ Australian headquarters in 2014 in a deal worth more than $20 million. It was the first time since Philip Morris acquired the site in 1954 that it had hit the market.
