Centuria Property Funds pays $105.25m for an office building in Nundah in the second biggest deal of the year

 

SYDNEY-based Centuria Property Funds has snapped up an office building in Brisbane’s northern suburbs in what is the second largest office deal of the year in the Queensland capital. Centuria paid $106.25 million for the A-grade building at 1231 Sandgate Rd, Nundah. The building that was owned by Growthpoint and developed by Property Solutions as stage two of its Circa Nundah Village development will form the Centuria Sandgate Road Fund.
